• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

You should not take Tadalafil with any of the following:- angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors such as losartan, naftinomycin, vincristine, bevelequinol, ciloxanide, imipenem, propranolol, rifampin, or vancomycin1996 any antibiotics including antibiotics that you can’t take with Tadalafil.
